Refund and Returns Policy

Real Chemistry accepts returns. We prefer to send you a product that will meet your needs and make you happy. However, we also guarantee our products and your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

To be eligible for a full refund, here’s what we ask: 

Please send an email to karen@myrealchemistry.com with your request. Please include your order number, if possible, and the email that was used when you placed the order. This allows us to quickly find your order in the system and request the refund from our payment processor, Stripe.We also need a photograph of the expended product in your hand.

After we request the refund, it usually takes 3-5 business days before the funds are fully restored to your original payment method. Sometimes it takes a bit longer if you paid using PayPal. After we authorize and request the refund from the processor, the rest of the process is not within our control, but we are happy to monitor the transaction and keep you updated.

We have been in business since 2012. We are a family owned brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. As they say in the south, all you really have in this life is your reputation. We feel strongly that we are still here after 14 years because we choose to do the right thing each and every time there is a chance to help our customers.
